Police shot dead a home intruder accused of stealing cellphones at a store in Utah, newly released body cam footage shows.

Black male Elijah James Smith, 20, who was named suspect in a West Valley City electronics store robbery, fled the scene on foot and entered a home nearby on April 8.





Police Chief Colleen Jacobs said in a press conference Smith 'did not lose his life because of his race'

Again, he doesn't listen to orders,keeps hand in pocket, hiding in some unknown families garage.
I would have shot him before the cops even got there, no matter what color the home intruder is.
