Repelling with a newly healed torn bi is a great idea!  Also he's been overtraining his legs since the injury.

You can hear a nice pop sound with the volume up.

ACL/MCL or patella tendon. With no visible twisting of the knee quad/patella injury seems more likely

He is absolutly an idiot. Dont mean this in a insulting manner but when i watched Generation Iron 2 i was really in disbielief this guy has the brain of a 10 year old child. That being said he already recovered from his biceps tear, he will recover too from this thanks for him being young, rich and HGH.
He makes his money from instagram not competing, that wont change his life. He might kill himself on his bike later tho... and disapear just like Greg Plitt

If you make a living off of your body, you probably shouldn’t try to curl for 405 pounds with a friend or go mountain climbing. Just stupid. It’s the same reason why many surgeons won’t do home repairs on their house using electric tools.
