If you watch a few YouTube videos by Jordan Peterson you will see what he points out. The US Army has been using IQ tests to recruit people. They also test people

in the army. Well, they concluded that there is no useful work in the army for those who score low on IQ tests. Makes sense to me.

However, what does society do with that 10% of the population that scores low? That is about half of the black population in America. That surely

is a huge problem and I doubt there is any solution. Lot of unemployment there as well as other problems.
