Speaking of opioids. What do they do in other countries for pain? They say it's bad here because it's over prescribed but what do people in pain do in other places? For the record, I'm not prescribed opioids, but if I was I'd take 50 a day and then be a dick to somebody's cousin whilst in rehab...

When I was in high school, I had a part-time job at a pharmacy. Quaaludes were  the top of the food chain drug for junkies. I recall you needed a triplicate prescription form to get it.

Qualudes were the best. Manufactured by Rhorer 714's, and then Lemon. Not like the opiod epidemic now, although knew a lot of people who drove and drank with them and crashed their cars. Before DUI's and DWI laws were in effect.
