It's called being an alcoholic. Take two week off of drinking and watch how much energy you now have. I binge drink twice a week and it's effecting my health too.
i also think busting a nut in the morning gives that daylong hypoglycemic effect too.
when i drink n work ill still eat plenty well usually veg burgers and orange juice n lots of water, but i get so much done but 9 hours or work with breaks i get home and i crash within 2 or 3 hoursin sobriety im hypoglycemic and lazy as fuck. i experimented with nicorette that shit gives u energy but problem is your heart feels like its not beating at all after work iwich makes me hesitant to do that
