When i was younger (late teens early 20s) i did an eastern european style leg workouts (from chicago)
3x20 squats
3x20 leg extensions
3x20 pull overs with a dumbbell (crucial to do on leg day)
its easier to build legs when you are younger - i have had wheels since was a teen thanks those angry slavs in chicago
now i train legs 1x per an hamstrings 2x a week (some on back day and some on leg day) - my best muscle group are my hamstrings
