I don't think it is the steroids. Look at all the guys in the golden era. This is a combo of insulin + GH, with a diet waaaaay to high in carbs.

You guys realize the natural state of your stomach is curved not flat it’s an inflatable bag that you fill with food and fluids. The bigger you are the more food and fluids you need the more the bag stretches when full it’s going to affect your shape. When empty it’s still not supposed to be flat there is a natural curve look at a skinny small child their stomach is not flat.

Additionally inflammation is real when guys are dieting and eating weird stuff they trying to fill back out they can get actual gas or inflammation of the digestive tract
