Conker has a good build and he's not really saying anything outlandish. Do you really feel most supplements are worth it? I think that money would be better spent on higher quality food
Yes, it is extremely stupid. If Conker managed to build a decent physique with no supps, that's great, but his blurry back pic doesn't make his post less stupid. Literally every person who competes in some kind of physique contest, from amateurs to pros, takes supplements. Most people who work in the fitness industry (like active, instructional, etc) take supplements. I workout at a gym with some physique guys, pro bodybuilders and some instagram "celebrities". Those higher profile members have permanent lockers in a lounge section of the gym, along with the personal trainers. It's just a casual thing and people go and hang out there after a workout if they want. Was chilling in there a few days ago and one of the trainers opened his locker and it was STACKED top to bottom with supplements. I commented that they must be free samples and he said that he bought everything. My homie, who is a physique competitor, was in there and his locker basically looks the same. All the trainers, male and female, all the "celebrities" have lockers overflowing with supps. Sometimes I think I spend on the higher end of supplementation, but I only take two things. That's what inspired this thread.
Meanwhile, what have I said in this thread that is so outlandish that I would have to post a competing blurry back pic to be taken seriously?

You just said that higher quality food was a better alternative to supps, but in two separate posts I laid out why someone would choose a shake over "real" food. So, what are the alleged benefits of choosing food over supps?
