Trumps Lawyers
« on: May 04, 2018, 08:58:56 AM »
While our GetBig Trumptards were focusing on the important issues like a fake story from Faux News that UT Austin had classified "masculinity" as a mental health issue or anything about Kayne West (someone with actual mental health issues) there was some big news in Trump legal team.

Ty Cobb is out (supposedly fed up with Trumps Mueller tweets)

Emmet Flood (one of Bill Clintons impeachment lawyers) is now on the team.  Weird because Trump used to have an issue with Mueller hiring anyone associated with Dems or Clinton (Flood is a Republican so maybe that's his exception)

Crazy Uncle Rudy goes on TV and says Trump knew about the payments to Stormy Daniels and that Trump paid back Cohen (that was a few days ago....today Trump is trying to walk back that claim)

really awesome how about you?

I recently started using Biotest Plasma

I resisted buying that for a long time but I have to say I think it really does help keep my energy very consistent during long workouts (I usually workout for and hour and a half to 45 minutes)

I also starting eating steak at least once per day (filet mignon from Costco)

I got a deal from Species nutrition for their Isolyze - 3.3lbs for 29  - bought 2.  I use that, a preworkout, vitamin D, and a sleep aid.  Sleep is important - so i use a night protein or melatonin.  Sitting at 192-194lbs pretty lean.

Sleep is crucial

What do you think of crazy uncle Rudy on the TV

Quote
In a wide-ranging interview on Fox News' "Hannity" on Wednesday night, Rudy Giuliani told host Sean Hannity that President Donald Trump reimbursed his personal attorney, Michael Cohen, $130,000 that Cohen paid to adult film actress Stormy Daniels days before the 2016 election in exchange for her silence about a sexual encounter with Trump in 2006.

"That money was not campaign money," said Giuliani, a recent addition to Trump's legal team who is also a former mayor of New York City and Republican presidential candidate. "It's not campaign money. No campaign finance violation."

"They funneled the payment through [Cohen's] law firm," Hannity said.

"Funneled it through the law firm and the president repaid it," Giuliani said.

But Giuliani later clarified for Fox News that the money Trump paid to Cohen was for unspecified "expenses," and that the president was unaware that money would be going to Daniels.

A spokesman said the White House had no comment on the matter, citing an ongoing investigation.

On "Hannity," Giuliani said Trump repaid Cohen "over several months" by putting him on a "retainer of $35,000 when he was doing no work for the president."

"I said, 'That's how he's repaying it, with a little profit and a little margin for paying taxes,'" said Giuliani, who added that Trump "didn’t know about the specifics of [the payment], as far as I know, but he did know about the general arrangement that Michael would take care of things like this. Like I take care of things like this for my clients. I don’t burden them with every single thing that comes along."

Trump today "He just started yesterday on the team"  uh no.... he's been with you a week. AND.. if he doesn't know the current whitehouse story, why was he on Hannity talking about it?

Watching Sarah H Sanders answering questions about Guliani's claims was entertaining. I wonder if she has a shred of dignity left at this point. How much money does it take to sell your soul to the devil?

Uncle Rudy is like that drunk uncle at Thanksgiving.    "hell yeah... Trump fired Comey cause the sumbitch wouldn't tell him if he was the target of an investigation!"

Do you worry about the health effects of eating red meat daily?

nope, not at all

I only eat one meal of day of red meat ~ 150 to 175 grams cooked weight (ok sometimes two) but then there are usually a couple of days a week when I don't have it at all.
The meat is very lean.  Used to be 100% grass fed beef 10% fat or bison.  Recently it's been filet mignon.

I also eat ~ 450 grams of green veggie every day (mostly steamed broccoli, cauliflower or brussel sprouts and I don't eat that many carbs  (maybe 150 grams at the most from rice, sweet potatoes, legumes)and virtually no sugar/junk food

It's my attempt at a version of Stan Efferdings vertical diet but without at much rice
