It's mostly just guilt. Whites feel guilty over historic mistreatment of blacks and therefore, feel responsible for any problems that still occur within the black community. This mindset has actually been around for a long time but has just accelerated over the the past decade or so. There's also the element of virtue signalling - trying to show blacks that they are the "good whites" and not the evil, racist ones.
Even many conservatives do this, hence why they join in with the leftist veneration of civil rights figures like MLK and Rosa Parks while constantly comes up with platitudes like "Democrats are the REAL racists".

the school has a limited time to do the graduation. everything is planned out. the dindues and all students were told no speeches no dances no other things to be time consuming. the audiance were told to please hold off from clapping until everyone has gotten their diploma. but the dindues refused ( like always) so they did what they wanted to do. now its being called racist. what they needed was a sharp shooter in the balcony and their job would of been to pick off anyone who didnt follow the rules. white or black.  simple as that. im tired of all this crap
