A few observations on this subject:

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
It's pretty hard to fuck up your natural God-given genetic gifts when you're in your twenties. If a woman still looks great in her forties and beyond, it's not by accident.
Yes, there are plenty of hot women over 40.

Of course women over 40 can still be hot, but they are past their prime. They will never be what they were when they were 22.

There are a few really good ones out there - the look between young and older can be great... of course this depends on the woman's genes.

In general a younger woman is a more attractive one though.
