Looks good for 10 months out! LOL

Chic has no heart at all! His training is weak, cardio is weak.. and his diet is lame and set up by a guy who nearly killed himself with the more is better mentality about drugs (tom prince)...

on top of that, genetically he is a 3rd tier pro.. so i dont think he will win his show sat.

Bob is a great bodybuilder idk what pictures you are seeing but he has done nothing but impress me besides the fact that whenever he is in the gym it seems he talks for hours between sets???

im tired of this thread and im carb depleted so ill keep it short.
1) the dude is at AROUND 6% in those pics
2) he got lots of water that COVERING AND HIDING the muscle definition. it's only 6-7% fat what you see on there.
3) the physiqe is far from marvelous but this is the dude's genetics (you can still be a pro and have less than phenominal physiqe)
4) the arms lack in shape. they simply do but you cant do nothing about it its the dude's genetics.
5) this physiqe if doing everything right up to the show can get top 6 spot. period
6) im hungry

Chick looks ok at best.  He's taken like 16+ months off - he should look way better.  And there is no way that the diet should be cut so close.  He should have looked ready 10 days ago.

That being said, half of the guys he's competing with will be eligable for social security in a few years, so he will still do fine in the contest...
