Does Roelly have the best arms of all time?

From the wrist to the medial delts  I see no one better over all. Phil could but he's chilled on arms to be more complete. Surely Roelly is better than Lee Priest.  His arms a bigger and better version of Lee's. I've met an spoke to him (Roelly) once and the thing that struck me was he was shorter than I thought. He's max 5'7. I'll give 5'6 no shoes. But man his arms were from abother planet.

When in comp mode, Phil has the more detailed arms. Including forearms. You are correct that Phil has chilled on arms for now, possibly because his arms in certain poses already make his chest look small, and they detract from his whole physique (making him look narrower). Whereas Roelly doesn't have that issue.

Roelly is certainly in the top 5 best arms of all time.

I was never crazy about Levrone's front double bicep, due to his lack of bicep peak.

And speaking of lack of bicep peaks, this has got to be one of my least favorite FDB's ever.  Sergio Jr's bi's lack any discernible peak.  Is he even flexing them?  No, I'm serious.  Is he?

Sergio Jr inherited that from his father.
Levrone didn't have impressive peaks, but his triceps more than made up for it. Some of the sickest triceps in the game.

I actually like the football bicep look better than the peaked biceps,Thats why I love levrones arms huge tris and full but not peaked.

Agree. Guys is a beast and I think his arms just may be the best of all time or at least up there.

Roelly's arms may be bigger than Phil's, but he lacks the conditioning in the arms that Phil has such as biceps split, separation between the biceps and triceps from the front and back.
