You really don't see any technical breakthroughts? The body alone is a technical breakthrough. This vehicle will set new standards for SUV's and much of the engineering will be copied by competitors. The all Aluminum uni body will be shared with the X7, the 7 and the Phantom. I've heard there's an inch thick foam sound insulation in the floor.

Alu body isn't very special, Jaguar have been using them for many years, even the Alfa Stelvio is largely aluminum I think
Cullinan isn't very fast or fun to drive looking at the weight and size, it's just more versatile than a Ghost and less expensive than a Phantom, and finally the brand has 4WD and more ground clearance
It's not a boring car, but in many countries you will look like an ass driving one
