I wanna tell you guys something. I'm 42 years old, I've been exercising all my life. This winter I gave it my all to put on mass, as I said I put on 30 lbs by January . Did heavy compound movements old school style. I definitely got stronger but I looked like shit and it was all fat and water.
You guys in here that are twice my size you don't know how blessed you are for hypertrophy. It ain't just drugs either (I'm a natty). It is so genetic !!!!
