Kongo is a bum. U probably do a good job getting hom shape coach but i believe that hes past his prime

Coach, did you train a UFC fighter? I have a vague recollection of you being responsible for the strength and conditioning program of a UFC fighter. Am I way off base here, or did you do something along these lines?

Quite a few but that was awhile ago. Kongo is the only fighter I train now since about 2008-9.

Kongo is 43. He’s had a great career with a 28-10 record as of last night. Ayala went the distance with Roy Nelson, Nelson KO’d Kongo but Kongo KO’d Ayala 2min in the first. Last nights win put him with the most wins as a heavyweight in the history of Bellator. Fighters are migrating from the UFC to Bellator at the end of their contracts.

ufc combines men and women in every fight card, everyone must watch. the fights aren't even entertaining, its 100% political.
