I'm ashamed to admit but........ I recently purchased a muscletech product. it was CLA. CLA is a supplement I take. well my gym had muscletech CLA product on clearance for 10 bucks so I bought it. I mean it's CLA what can go wrong? holy fucking shit I broke out like a teenager. after a few days of using it I had acne all over. Stopped taking it and cleared right up. WTF? how does that even happen. I've used CLA along with a couple of other things like ALCAR and ALA for years. Never once experienced anything like this. waste of 10 bucks.
