The reputation that Trump has in management style:
- 1) Hire personnel that are way out of their depth...
- 2) Then micromanage them...
People are far more likely to tolerate abuse from Trump if when they first get their job, the income increase is very much larger than what they brought in before.

Trumps primary job requirement is loyalty to him first and second, third, etc..
Skills to do the actual job are not required and even frowned upon because knowing how to do the job might actually create a conflict with the prime directive of loyalty to the Dear Leader
