I'm not really sure what is racist about it. The guy is an unhinged asshole, but I'm not sure how being angry at someone speaking Spanish makes him a racist. Not sure why he snapped though, people talk in different languages in a private establishment. Big deal. It's not like they're making kids and teachers speak it in school to each other.

He was in a restaurant and all the employees were speaking Spanish to eachother,  he called out the manager of the sandwich shop and said this is America, they should be speaking English.

Agreed.  How is that considered "racist?"  Xenophobic maybe, but in no way racist.
