Steven Shaviro, professor at a Michigan university has been suspended after a disturbing Facebook post that called for violence against “right-wing” speakers who spout "racist", "homophobic" or "anti-transgender" viewpoints.
He likely was brought up from birth being taught that his supremacist behavior does not contribute to other's perception of him. Instead, he was taught that others have an irrational hatred towards his people, like a law of nature, and therefore it's ok to eradicate people outside his group, not to mention further isolate himself from people outside his group. This is a supremacist. Except, this form of supremacy "magically" doesn't get a lot of press coverage. In this indoctrination, god is on his side, god chose him. The "others" are dark husks that must be eradicated, according to this belief system. One is indoctrinated to hate others and believe others are persecuting him when they notice the amount of hate exuding from him. Even you noticing his monstrous behavior, is a form of persecution to him. He is always right. You are always wrong. The god that he made up told him so.
