It sets a bad precedence in forcing any person in a public spotlight to end up in court unblocking people they've banned. If it can be enforced on the president, then it's on to congress, senate, mayors, movie and rock stars......all forced to be subjected to people they didn't want to deal with.

Trump is an elected public official who uses this twitter account as a public forum. It's not the same as if you or I wanted to block someone or some organization from our "private" accounts. It stinks that public figures have no privacy. But that was a choice they made when they took public office. Keep things in perspective. It will help you to not look foolish.

Honestly, do you approve the folks you elect to serve in public office to be able to conduct what is essentially everyone's business secretly?  Many folks already have concerns about conspiracies. Now, if you or I as private citizens were disallowed our right to censor who can post on our Facebook page or twitter account, that would be a problem. Furthermore, isn't the whole point of social media services like Twitter to provide everyone with a public forum. If you want private conversations with selected people use messenger, email, text or whatever makes you believe you are insulated from criticism.
