So, Harvey Winestine has been formally charged.

What if he could use his wealth to hold off the case for a few years. Then he transitions- Harvy no longer exists because he is Sally. Our society recognizes Sally as female, accepts the changes in documentation and Sally live freely as a fully recognized woman.

Could Harvy still be prosecuted?

Absolutely! Sally didn't do the deeds because Sally didn't exist, Her former self, Harvey did. Anyway, what idiot would transition just to avoid punishment? Men who become women already believe they were female. I don't see where this as the remotest possibility with Weinstein. Logically thinking, would you prefer to be in prison as Harvey or as Sally, assuming Sally was incarcerated in a men's prison.

His word against theres no physical evidence of rape no rape kit shit was from years back he can claim any encounters were all consensual acts between 2 adults any good atty will get him off.....she said he said no evidence

It takes guts to come forward and admit to having been sexually assaulted, man or woman.
