Not that I ever carried that much weight and/or muscle, but I am very happy that I elected to slim down as I got older. I'm twice the age of Art Atwood when he passed and my heart is as strong as ever.

We like to blame steroids, but the bottom line is anyone carrying around a lot of excess pounds, regardless of whether they are fat or muscle weight, puts their cardiovascular system at risk.

Ron is he delusional?

Seems like a cool dude but he has worse genetics for BB than John Meadows

Why risk his life rolling at 300 lbs and injecting boatloads of gear?

He was a successful Hockey coach, could return to that?

Have you considered what you call a normal life isn't what he wants for himself? Maybe bodybuilding fulfills him. It's seems crazy to be a bodybuilding competitor if there's little chance of winning but if that floats his boat, more power to him for doing what he chooses.

His abs are unfortunate.... extreme diastasis recti. Phil Heath has this condition and in the same area, just not as severe.
