Yup.  The Democrats have exchanged the word slavery for "welfare" and by doing so, have made it palatable to enslave every shade of humanity within these United States.  In truth, welfare is more indentuted servitude except no work is required as it would have been a couple of hundred years ago.  Now its a check for a vote if you will.  "The Great Society" is anything but.
