Bob actually looks about the best I've seen him in those pics.  I've never been a fan of Bob's physique because in contests it seems to often lack separation.  But, he looks to have decent/good separation here. I don't think the hams look bad or even the lower back for that matter.  With tan on, carb up, sodium drop, and possibly the other little last day tricks, I don't think condition or fullness should be a problem.  Message to Bob: don't get too extreme, you're on track.  Don't deplete too much, you might loose your separation.  Good luck!

I am almost there.

 Those percentages just measure the improvement each provides, by itself. On stage, I would say a tan provides a 5-10% improvement over the same physique untanned. Steroids, by themselves, only add 5-50%, because I am ignoring tan and oil. Oil provides 3-4%.

 Well, I am black, so you might have to tan to look like me I am slim, so you will have to eat less, and nothing changes my physique much, so how much you post on getbig is irrelevent.
