Hes the guy we talk about at the gym  :-\  its like putting to benches together putting weights on your thighs and doing tri dips

I dont think he does much cardio but he isnt fat either

Not even a plank, it's almost a push up position.

Drop the hips and see if he do it with all that weight.

I think the angles of a true plank would make that weight impossible and potentially dangerous for the spine.
