Bowflex
« on: June 11, 2018, 04:29:46 PM »
I've been bodybuilding for about 18 months on a Bowflex. I am changing my focus to strength training specifically through Starting Strength to be followed by 5/3/1. Question: can Starting Strength be practiced on a Bowflex?

Honestly you could probably add 5-7 pounds of lean mass with a nordic track.  I'd ditch the bowflex and start looking around at garage sales or thrift stores.  Make sure to get one with a nice wood finish.  Buy a weighted vest for more resistance.
