There have been plenty of pics of stunning FBB/WPD competitor/Trainer Shannon McDowell (nicknamed "Slimmcd") from Vancouver B.C. on Canadian & U.S. BB forums, her 3 public FB pages & 2 Instagram pages (like the ones attached), & for GOOD reason! But very little is known about the 45 year old stunner beyond her looks & competitive history, particularly in the U.S.
This unusual, but enlightening Rip-off Report filed against her by a long-distance former client here in the States a few months back for her life-coaching, reveals quite a bit about her & also life coaching, something people hear a lot of (like those you see on the Oprah channel), & is an added extension of many Bodybuilding coaches/trainers services; but most people don't really know what they do outside of TV or seminars, or even what kind of credentials they have to do ANY life coaching, period, which can be costly, as it was in THIS case.
Just below is a link to the report, which is surprisingly fair over the usual consumer attacks this site's reports usually consist of. It's SUPER-LONG, so was done in short story-style with chapters so readers can skim to the meat of the report. But at this point, it looks as though the former client only wants to make peace with her & move on.

The report is 100% accurate, & as a U.S. citizen he has EVERY right to file a consumer complaint against a professional business/owner, as long as he is being honest. The Report was updated on 10-16-18 in light of her latest actions, which will most likely be the coup de grâce for her so-called business.
The Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA) protects people’s ability to share their honest opinions about a business’s products, services, or conduct, in any forum, including social media.
