Lol, I'm in my late thirties, and had I not been a moronic young person once I'd say this was a stupid ass question. But to take the bait, ripped of course.
When young most every guy wants to be big and muscular at the expense of a chiseled and ripped physique as you want to look impressive in the clubs and at work and your spending the vast majority of your time in clothes so the lack of a six pack doesn't matter. But when you get older you think more about health and constantly having to eat takes on less of an appeal so epic leans starts to take priority.
In an attempt to simplify this question, pick either one of the following whom you would like to resemble ...
The fitness dude has something weird in his arms.
They look the same to me.
Getbig already gave the answer a decade ago.
If you could only do one or the other and be really good at it, but drugs and health may be an issue.
So ripped and lean guy in this scenario is weak?
Yes. In comparison to yourself.
the muscles in face responded as well to the juice... hes got a "fat face" ... ya i know "hes ripped cheekbones" bs... but he doesnt have the lean chiseld jaw line look...this is the reason why i dont wont to go back to being a mass monster/ripped...if i get married then i would, but im single and depend on team lean face look
