Jeeze, you still look in decent shape. Not fat at all. You look very strong and sturdy. Great hair, BTW. My hair is still going strong. I took this picture about twenty minutes ago when I was taking my phone off the holder. I was getting out of my car heading to the food court when I got your PM. This got me back on GetBig when I came across this thread. Yes, I dye my hair.  I just don't want to be grey. It makes you look so old. I'm kind of frosted on the side and on top. I don't know how long I'll do this. I'll be 61 years old next month. Part of life is hanging on as long as you can.

Love how you always make assumptions on a persons nutritional deficiency. I get blood work every 4 months and my vitamin D is right on the max reference age. I've also had B levels checked and all was on the high levels. My knee problems was as a result of being on the wrong end of a hip throw during Jiu-Jitsu practice. They had to cut out over 90% of my cartridge and meniscus -- and that was in 1995. Imagine my knee after 25 more years of wear and tear?

Definitely more than 20, maybe as high as 30 ?
