  • if you got more than 10k you're gay
example 1:

getbigger travels to madrid to watch arnold classic. when he comes home he founds out he's been burglarized, the cops caught the guy doing it, but it turns out the getbigger left his door unlocked, he was posting all over social media that he was going to madrid, he was posting photos on getbig showing off his expensive watch collection and his 70" tv could easily be seen through the windows if anyone would look inside.

does he at least partially have himself to blame? and because of this should the burglar get off easier?

example 2:

getbigger is having a night out, he's having a few drinks and when walking home he decides to take a short cut through the park. he gets attacked and raped by a bunch of muscle worshippers.

does he at least partially have himself to blame? he put himself into that spot of intoxication and he should've known better than go through the park at night. because of this the sentence for the raping muscle worshippers gets reduced.

No, the guy is a dope but the criminals are still just as guilty.

Used poor judgement, but it is still assumed you should be able to walk anywhere without being attacked or leave your home without it being burglarized. The victims stupidity shouldn't be a mitigating factor in those circumstances. Will we think to ourselves "What did you expect you moron?" sure... but burglars should be shot on sight.

By the same token, a slut who dresses like a whore, should be held responsible for forced sex.

Do you mean like if....

A 13 year old flirts with pellius - and he has sex with her - that he should get a lighter sentence?

a 13 year old (or anyone, any age) flirting with pellius would be mentally ill
