why doesnt mexico just get it together?

mexico has tons of natural resources, access to the pacific, Atlantic, close to south America = boarder to America, tons of farming, tons of tourism,  mining etc

mexico should be a global powerhouse based on the size, resources they have.

It's a beautiful country, really.  But Trade "Agreements" have screwed them, too.  Some of their systems were in place for generations, protecting common people in the interior and elsewhere, only to be dashed within a few short months by NAFTA.

IQ is genetic and you can't train or educate your way out of that.  It will never improve.  All they can do is come to America and drag our average IQ down.
