When I see the current batch of African-Americans in the House and Senate, they strike me as having very little intelligence.  

Is this the best that they can come up with?  Who is voting for these people?  In all seriousness, Maxine waters might be mentally retarded.

Most blacks in Congress come from notoriously impoverished areas with very little education, Welfare runs rampant, unemployment at sky high levels, and a literacy rate of probably less than 50%. Any intelligent and sane person would look at the Maxine Waters and Hank Johnsons of the world and go "fuck me sideways no way I am voting that imbecile into office." Unfortunately, blacks in general don't care to understand policy. Case in point, video of Leno or one of the late night talkshow hosts who took Republican talking points ant told blacks in NYC that Obama is pushing for these....they all loved the idea when they thought it was from Obama.
