He's pretty old and I thought as you age the skin gets thinner,  but Ron's face looks fatter then Chris Farley's. Is it the drugs?

Usually when you flex something it becomes more muscular,  not more fat.

Maybe it could be that he just has a round face like B.J. Penn. People have all sizes and shapes of faces.
Of course is someone puts on weight their face starts to get puffy. You see it in bbers when they are bulking. Obviously this is not the case with Ron Harris. But on this board it seems that everything is attributed to steroid us. When getting in contest shape, Ronnie, Dexter, Jay, Ramy, Wolf... virtually every top bber who are using far, far more gear than Ron don't have a round puffy face. Guys like Roelley and Heath were just born with a round face.

He’s not really in shape that’s why. Shirt on, lighting and some synthol in his delts making his bloated ass delts stick out a bit but no shred to his arms.
Some of the above shit can give illusion to the muscles to a degree but can’t hide a fat insulin face
