larry scott was always concerned with this.. he didn't like that when his weight would go over 200 lbs , he would get jowls like he called them..

Having a fat face is different from having a moon face. You can have a moon face if you are at a lean body fat percentage.

Drugs ,  sadly to have a "normal face" he'll have to come off everything he is on,  face will be lean but he will deflate to probably 165 lbs (skinny fat )

That's Prednisone. Much different from anabolics.

Some guys get round cheeks from certian anabolics. Anadrol is supposed to give a moon face, but I never noticed it, even at 200-250mgs. Kevin levrone never had a moon face, he had a monkey face with protruding cheekbones come contest time. Vince Taylor and Nasser were supposed big anadrol users (can confirm Nasser, but Vince is rumor) and they both had round faces, even though nassers was puffy and Vince's was still lean and round.

Some guys get it was just testosterone and elevated estrogen and aldosterone.

Ron's always looked like that, whether he looks on-cycle or off.
