I paid for school with a mixture of scholarships (I got one of my Masters for free by serving on the Grad Student Government Association), student loans, and part-time work at the university and at Pizza Hut delivering pizzas.

I've been fine and I'm still in Hawaii.

I can't believe that you still get hate considering how far you've come in life. There was a time when I was repulsed by you but when you accepted God in your life miracles happen. In five years you've accomplished so much and it's even more impressive consider where you started out with. Most of us are pretty much in the same place since the last five years.

well, as far as I recall he talked about this incident. He was in jail in solitary confinement. He had drug (meth?) withdrawals. So that coupled with the isolation had him feeling really bad. There at that moment he felt that jesus spoke to him, and he became more religious.

There's a theory about hitting rock bottom before some people can successfully turn their lives around. Tbombz was lucky to have done this when he was still so young. His past experiences were tough, but he overcame them. Hopefully he shares this part of his life with other folks who are struggling to overcome addiction.

And Regarding ROCK BOTTOM: Is Rock Bottom called Rock Bottom due to the fact that is an individual's turning around point or recovery point .... or is Rock Bottom actually further down?
