Wow...it's on Netflix
A must watch..
From the beginning.. to current day / his 8th surgery..
It's sad watching him on crutches.. But as others have stated .. It's because he continues to damage what is left of his body by continuing to lift weights..

I saw the preview and forgot about it.  I watched it after your post.

It was fairly revealing.  Thanks for posting.

I saw it. It was sad. It was cool to see him be a husband and father to his daughters. But overall, sad. I've met and spoken with Ronnie many times always cool. May the God Israel help him in his trying times. They have him all doped up on that oxy. There's gotta he some alternative because the amount he was taking 4 30s everyday. WTF? That's another problem in and of itself.

Best and funniest part, in my opinion, is Kevin Levrone impersonating Ronnie when telling the story about how Ronnie once asked him for help on how to win a Pro show, the night before a show.  Levrone simply told Ronnie to relax, drink some vodka and eat some pizza with him.  Ronnie refused at first, but eventually gave in reluctantly.  The following day, likely because of the vodka and pizza, Ronnie was much dryer and much fuller and he beat Levrone.

Yeah, but Kevin's been telling that story for at least 15 years now.

Coleman gave the people what they wanted...a man with a ultimate mass of muscle, as in a comic book cartoon come to life. Not being critical here, just the way it appears.  Coleman seems a down to earth guy, my impression anyway.

A friend gave me a thumb drive of the video and though I might be interested.  I kind of skipped through when watching (only watched it that one time, than passed it to others) so might have missed it, but didn't notice it mentioned how Coleman paid for all those very expensive operations, meds and hospital stays. He does (or did) have a couple of business ventures, so maybe that did help with the bills (don't know).  Insurance can only be libel so far, than they may drop you, like with a couple ex jock friends of mine..

Any serious mention of his drug used during his training days, that I missed?  No doubt a natural born BB'er, but even he had to have big time help to reach that level of development and the question of money also arises.

Late to the party, but watched it last night and thought the same thing. Goes to show how much respect these guys have for him. Also kind of sad, because it was as if they were eulogizing him. Dude was a beast, but surely he’s hooked on the opiates now. I hope he gets relief from his pain.

I finally watched this last night, it was very sad to see Ronnie all laid up and in pain. But he will always be one of the best bodybuilders ever, I mean maybe I wouldn’t want to look like that but as far as mass and conditioning goes he can never be beat.
