I just purchased the X3 Training Bar. Okay, for $499.99, it was a little expensive, but whatever.

Phil Hernon pretty much exclusivelt trains on the X3 only for the past year. No bullshit. I have seen him train on it whenever I visit my father in Florida. I train at the same gym as Phil. Other than the X3.. he uses a few heavy duty rubber bands for other movements.

I actually really like the design of this, but it really should be $100 - 150 at the most (the big cost are the bands which are still a bit pricey). It's Powerlifting bands and a rod with hooks. Anyone with a bit of handiness could build the rod part with no trouble. You could even custom size it to your specs.

You can do the same with this....only .. $12 bucks.
Comes with 5 elastic bands. Use all 5 at once...., lol prime coleman cant even move that.
I train with this, no gym no nothing, just training at home with this $12 bucks thingy. Great results. full body workout. no joke.
