Except for the fact they knew there were two survivors who as far as anyone knows posed no threat. Supposedly, the two survivors were clinging to a scrap of the 'destroyed' boat. Chances are the two men would not have survived regardless, under those circumstances.

Bullshit! Unless they had no idea there were survivors clinging to whatever was left of the boat, it was the survivors who were targeted. There is disagreement among those who have seen the video as to what was left of the boat, if anything. If unaltered, the video should clear this issue up.

I call BS too.  Who cares what Monday Morning Quarterbacks think when viewing a video frame by frame?  That's not how strikes happen.  In the fog of war, decisions are made in seconds.  And the commander who ordered the strike was being advised by his JAG lawyer in real time.  You have ZERO actual evidence that the commander targeted the drug dealers rather than the boat.

This is an absolute nothing burger.  But it does keep you people outraged.
