What kind of numbers do you lift adonis? Always have a quality lean physique in the pics I've seen.
320-330 bench, 545 ATG squat (could go higher if I trained for it I think), 585-600 deadlift at the moment, have not tried higher than 585 in a few months. I have been thinking of training for powerlifting just to see if anything happens. I have been training higher reps for a while and like it. No Maxing out or failure sets at all really in the last year or so.
I am around 202 lbs in the above pic. Decently lean, not contest, but I gots abs.
