Dillet was an absolute freak! My jaw just dropped when I first saw him in person at Gold's. This was during the early 90s when Flex, Cormier, Baker, Strydom, Ray, and others were strutting around but Dillet was the one that stood out. I wasn't following bbing during that time so I didn't know how these guys ranked in the sport. Flex stood out in the sense that he seemed so flawlessly put together, but when he stood next to Dillet -- Dillet was just so huge that Flex disappeared. Also, Dillet had no discernible flaws in the sense of any muscle group so lacking when compared to the rest of his physique like, say, Wolf's calves or Strydom's back. For a guy that tall his quads and calves were mind-blowing. And he had a back. A massive back. His lats jutted out more than anybody there. He just didn't have the detail that a few others had. But it certainly was not a weak spot. And his structure was also perfect for a person so tall. No bow legs, narrow shoulders, wide hips.
He did train like a puss. I wonder what he could have accomplished if he had some fire in him. I think he had better natural genetic gifts than any other bber that ever existed including Ronnie, Arnold, Oliva.
