Can't deny it's entertaining to watch the Crossfit games, they are impressive athletes. Their documentaries on Netflix are good too. How they train that way I have no clue, 3 even 4 training sessions a day, compound lifts, running, swimming, biking, gymnastics. How they have the recovery, the energy stores to train that way boggles my mind. Yes I know they are on drugs, but you have tons of bodybuilders and juiced up gymrats that are too tired to even do fasted cardio. Not to mention their nutrition protocols aren't really anything scientific, like drinking Bcaa's all day, nutrient timing pre/during/post workout. If you look at what Rich Froning or Matt Fraser eats daily it's nothing really sophisticated. I know Fronning likes chocolate milk post workout, his breakfast is just a few eggs, oatmeal, and bacon, and like a burrito at night. And they don't seem to get injured either, crazy stuff.
