We know Dropping Plates is reading this thread because he got the moderator to remove his photo.

This is the same asshole who criticizes people here but can't take anything himself. His photo

shows a guy with nothing to boast about. He would have trouble getting a date.

So here he is posting as some sort of expert about bodybuilding when he has nothing. What a total tool.

DP posts decent stuff about bodybuilding and definitely knows his stuff and is more qualified to talk about that shit than you who has been fat at least 80% of your life and just rabbit on about incoherent shit about some magic theory of hypertrophy and your scrap metal supinator

There are a lot of ignorant people on Getbig who don't know much. That includes Dropping Plates and most of the flotsam here.

To be fair to Basil the years he’s been rabbiting on about this magical hypertrophy theory that only he has knowledge off I dont think he actually specified muscular hypertrophy and was more likely referring to adipose hypertrophy which as we can all see he has been remarkably successful in achieving
