That raises a good point. Why hasn't anyone figured out that what he did was actually an old management tactic to remove people from your business that you no longer wanted but couldn't legally fire. Basically you give them a promotion they aren't qualified for (which cleans your hands of any responsibility for their performance - a fireable offense - since they accepted this job, which they always will because they're greedy pricks) and then wait for them to fuck up. They did this to the Vincent Basile character in the movie Philadelphia. Anyway, it's simple - he wanted a black whoorer with a huge salary and gave her a nonposition of basically the European version of cabinet minister without portfolio, and a year later booted her smelly, fat ass out once he'd done his due diligence. He fired her like almost to the day before a year of hiring her useless black ass,
