I can't even watch those training videos with the other little gnome branch in that sewer hole gym they train at. Form is always deplorable and place is just gross.
Worst training video I've ever seen was the one Branch made with his meathead training partner in Unchained: Raw Reality.
It's basically Ronnie's Cost of Redemption video on steroids, and that one was already on steroids. Like 6 hours of nonstop screaming in the gym and acting like a total fucking meathead, but doing some extremely dangerous and reckless things with equipment as well.
At 0:26 his friend throws a
loaded barbell with a 45lb plate against the floor in front of him and another at 0:51 where he drops a huge pile of 45lb plates off a leg press rather than remove them one by one after placing them on the pole rack. Another scene not shown is where one of them throws an unloaded olympic bar across the front as if it's a javelin and they're in a empty training field rather than a crowded, high-volume gym with narrow spaces between machines.
