That's the first such story I've heard getting to prosecution, because 99.5% of the time the police close the file and press no charges if a woman changes her story or her statements are considered unfounded (a major piss-off word for MeToo maniacs - try it).
If this became common, MeToo and the feminist politicians would complain and sue for legislation to enhance the existing and totally shamefully divisive "Violence against women Act" that passed under the KLINTON administration. Then women would be shielded from prosecution altogether, even though prosecutions to that point were negligible, and of course they don't need a rape shield law against their identity being revealed to their accuser because they already exists one in all 50 states and canada.
