I'm a youth and let me tell you that these fuckers need to be sent directly to a psych ward. What happened to electroshock? This is the problem, there are no repercussions for this behavior. It's okay if they mind their own business and don't harm anyone, but they have tamper tantrums like a baby without a binky, these kids have never learned respect and need a good talking to, maybe with a paddle.
