The Manlet Olympia
« on: August 17, 2018, 06:06:07 AM »
Whats the top 3 this year, Flex, Jose, Guy?

Would like to see Jose shock everyone in his last "Mr. O" 212,and pull it off. Only if Flex screwed up that would happen I guess.

What was the prize money (for Flex) last year?

They are all Manlet Olympias.  Phil Heath is 5'9",  Cutler 5'10",  Ronnie 5'11", etc.

The ideal heights for bodybuilding.

Though I think Cutler is 5'8.

I doubt Ronnie is actually 5'11" too.

Flex Lewis took home a paltry $40,000 compared to Heath's $400,000. No wonder why Lewis wants to compete in the open and he can beat Heath, as well.

A shame, I think Flex looks better than Michelin Man Heath...

Because you're just looking at height and nothing else. Brisbois wins hands down in that shot. More complete, better conditioning with little flaws (in that shot)

i agree, but you put a tiny guy with a giant on stage.. your eyes get drawn to the giant.

Not really, Serge Nubret looks noticeably more impressive in that shot.

Serge isn’t really short, 5’11, 6 ft max

Even if it was 5'9 - 5'10 Sergio Oliva, he'd still look more impressive.

I never really saw the appeal of Lou Ferrigno though, Arnold was smaller but immediately far more impressive.
