When I'm awake, I am awake. I do what I want/can with the time I have. When I sleep, it's like dying without the possible ramifications. Some older people are more active than others but I will grant you that the majority of us need more rest than we did when we were younger. You either adapt or become like Basile, i.e., a disgruntled person who prefers to live in the past rather than learn from it and accept that the future is yet to be written. Or in his case, typed.
I'm not even Wes-age and i get much more tired these days than 10 years ago.
How old are you Sir?
I go to bed late and get up fairly early.Of course my insomnia doesn`t help much.
Most old people go to sleep early and get up early. No clue why. They like to eat dinner at 4PM.
Scott's an old fashioned American type. I picture him with this face whenever I see his posts.
Suffice to say I'm in my 60s my friend. I never thought I'd make it this far and that in spite of being a pretty dull guy.
Why not give the age number? You should be proud of it. Dull = less ware and tear = becomming old
I think approaching death could add another level of motivation to stay up.
