Wasn't Lee known for training in a HIT/Heavy Duty/Dorian style?  If so, then he was way smarter than most as I have never heard of him suffering any injuries.

Lee’s son has some good gyno going.

Labrada trained intensely but didn’t have much Viking blood in him to lift big. He once referred to his plan to squat 275 that day as “going heavy”.

Lee Labrada has 30 plus years of solid muscle and training behind him. As well as great genetics.Most likely doing minimal dosages of testosterone. Doesnt take much to look like that...for him...most likely. Especially after so many yearsof doing all of the above. Too many newbies and genetic regulars and nonhard trainers on here that believe one needs tons of gear.

Pretty obvious from the vascularity shown in those pics that he's thrown a bit of HGH in the mix. He certainly knew how to maximize whatever he was taking. Just a look at that 1990 "drug-tested" 'O, he's one of the very few that didn't look totally off. Should have won in my opinion.

I’ve hung around him several times. He’s not a large man by any means, just extremely muscular, balanced and aesthetic. Very impressive.

I actually don’t think he is taking too much. Just quality gear and in correct (for him) dosages, plus incredibly consistent weight training and a healthful diet.

Labrada’s far above the overwhelming majority of successful bodybuilders. Like Haney, he earned a solid career (even though it’s in the fart powder realm) after his competitive days, and he has a solid marriage with a good woman.

Lee is a rarity in the muscle-and-thong world.

Contrast him with all the dead, jailed, broke, Colemans and Levrones.

He can’t weight anymore than 175-180 at best and that might be an exaggeration. What ever he’s on doesn’t include much test. If I were to guess, 200mg test...max.
